Age groups: 16U / 18U / Gold
Format: 6 game format / elimination for the top team in each division.
How To Enter: Entry forms will only be accepted via the online entry process.
Deadline: October 1st or until full.
Tournament Notification: The teams that are accepted into the tournament will be notified within five days of receiving entry fee.
The Selection Process: 1) Previous participation. 2) Recruitable interest from colleges. 3) When entry fee is received.
Gate Fee: $8.00 Daily or $14.00 (Weekend Pass) / Kids 12 & Under are FREE.
**All teams must be prepared to play the 8:30AM game on Saturday, no special requests will be granted.**
**Any players who are currently playing on a division 1 college team cannot participate.
Teams may use unlimited defensive substitutions, without reporting them to the umpire. In this tournament you will be allowed to bat 11 players, the extra players being EP‘s. You must utilize the courtesy runner rule for catchers. For this tournament, the definition of a courtesy runner is a player who is not currently in the batting order. If you don‘t have any subs your last batted out must be used for the pitcher or catcher.
The pitching distance for this tournament will be set at 43 feet.
This tournament is a 6 game (weather permitting) format. With the top finishing team from each pool being put into a single elimination bracket to determine the overall champion.
Game times are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pool games can end in a tie. There will be a mercy rule in effect: (10 runs after 3 innings and 8 runs after 5 innings). Elimination games will be 7 Inning Games.
Definition of tie breaker:
Your last batted out will be placed at second base with two outs. Games can end in a tie and we will play only one inning of tie breaker.

These speed up rules will apply:
1. The pitcher will get 5 warm up pitches to begin the game there after she will get two. New pitchers will receive their normal 5 pitches.
2. The batter must receive signs with one foot in the batters box.
3. No infield or outfield practice after first inning.
4. No infield meetings after a strikeout has occurred.
5. One offensive conference per inning, and one defensive conference per inning, on the 2nd trip to the mound you must take your pitcher out.
There will be no arguing of calls by the coaches and there will be no protesting of games, the first purpose of the tournament is exposure and the games will not be stopped due to these matters. Any parent or fan who acts unruly will be asked to leave the event and not return the rest of the weekend.
Metal cleats are permitted!
Home team will be decided by coin toss. Line up cards are to be turned into the official scorekeeper before each game. Home team is responsible for keeping the official scorebook.

The tournament director reserves the right to delay or reschedule games as needed. In case of rain delays, a restricted schedule may be implemented. Any rain out games will be canceled without money refunded. The head coach is responsible for finding out changed game times in the event of rain.
There will be no protests allowed in this tournament.
Wristbands:
All players must wear the appropriate colored wristband during the tournament. Players without wristbands will not be allowed to play. The wristbands will show that the players are eligible to play in the tournament and they designate to the college coaches the year of graduation of the player and their recruiting eligibility.
No players, team coaches, or parents/spectators will be allowed in areas designated "College Coaches Only". This includes the Hospitality Tents and the Scouting Areas behind each field's backstop.
